How to configure 301 redirect from one topic to another one

Sometimes you need to redirect your users from one topic or article to another one. 

For example: you re-do you Knowledge base and would like to redirect users from an old article to a new one. 


You are able to do it via special custom field. Just create a custom field with name "{{ue_redirect_url}}" in your forum or Knowledge base.

 



Then you will see the field in your topics/articles. It will be visible to support agents only, so, no confusion for your users. Add an URL into the field and your users who is not a support agent will be redirected to the URL automatically.


Please note, the option works if you have "custom fields" options in your plan and your service is paid. We've disabled the feature for trial period.
