Prefer following user timezone

Currently when UserEcho displays date & times, it seems to follow a particular timezone (the one of the server?) not related to the user.
But, since texts like "2 hours ago" can be associated, it can be very surprising for the user.

=> Isn't it possible to be more user-friendly and display date & times following the user timezone? (automatically got from client web browser)

We have completed this issue. Now users are able to setup their timezone. By default we define timezone by user's IP address.
