Your software currently exhibits the following issue:


I was making a comment and wanted to link to a different, existing, support ticket. I knew I'd commented on it, so I ctrl-clicked my own user name so I could go locate it.


The new tab that opened up was the same ticket I was already viewing, not my support profile!


I originally reported this to the website, but they directed me to you.
