We've changed our IdP and as a result a different value is being sent in the SAML/P NameId. Given UserEcho uses Persistent Id's, UserEcho lookups fail and a duplicate account is created. Are we able to update the sso_guid via the API and if not, could this be added!? Thanks in advance.

Hello Adam,

sso_guids are not editable for now. How many you have to update? If it's a few it's going to be esier to provide them to us and we will update them for you. If more, we will consider to add an API call.
