Whoever made our original configuration was able to add FAQs under the categories we have, but I can't figure out how to do it. You can see the question I added below all of the categories. 


I would also like to update our page so that the questions appear listed under each category like you guys have on your page. Ours show how many next to the topic, but not the questions, themselves.

Hello, this happens because your account is on the "free" service plan.

Categories is only supported in "Universal plan"

If you switch to "Universal" and then update module that displays "KB" to default mode.

It will works as you asked
