Zendesk is a tool used by many companies. One major factor for us when choosing a tool is that it can be integrated with Zendesk. Is this something that you is plannned?

Hi There, Just wondering if a Zendesk integration is in the near term plan?  If it is we will try you out.  If not I am affraid we will have to use a competitor that does have the Zendesk interation.
We have simple helpdesk solution included in all of our service plans. Zendesk intergation not planned until end of this year.

1 year has passed. Any update?
