We can see "Our Team" but can't search for a specific user in our team.
Is it possible to add a search field ?

Did the person with the agent access right can enable something in order to allow other people to do the search without giving all the access rights ? When you are working with a large team it's pretty useful to search by name, not just for the moderator of the UserEcho.
Right now you need to find one UserEcho of the person and click on his name in order to be able to see all the UserEcho that person created.

Agnes,

We are sorry, but we are not planning to provide user's search to users. We do beleive the only agents need that option. And we do not want to let regular users do search by users (name, email, etc). Most parameters even is not accessible by regular users.

Hello,

You are able to search users in the agent interface -> users. Of course you you have specific agent access rights.
