Hello, is possible to assign automatically default agent or group of agents to some group of customers or customer when they send a helpdesk request?
It is not possible right now, but it will be possible soon.
We are developing new features for our Helpdesk solution such as Agent groups, Business hours, SLA, Automation (auto assign atributes, etc). Now these features in alpha test and should be available to our clients soon.
We will add you as a betta tester for these features and inform you when they will be available.
