Hi,

As on your website pricing detail page. Its wrote that $19/Mo for each agent. What does it mean for each agent?
1) Does it each domain?

2) Does it mean for registered user?

Kindly clarify.

Hello,

Support agents are persons who response your customers, create Knowledge base articles, change statuses, etc. Some representatives of your company.

Users (your customers) are unlimited with no additional charges.

One domain for support community is free. Additional domains 15 USD per month per domain.

Hi Vladimir,

Thank you very much for the primopt reply.

We have some doubts in previous answer marked bold " Here is we have to clarify one thing. If those domains are your website (they open some non-UserEcho pages), then no additional charges.  But if those domains are referred to your UE community (they open some UserEcho pages), then first domain is free and each additional domain is $15 per month, as described on the screenshot above."

Following is how we want to setup our website with UserEcho.

We will be buying one UserEcho account.

For every customer we onboard, we create a subdomain for them e.g. Agency1.caresmartz360.com, Agency2.caresmartz360.com

We have one Help center page where we will link our Help Center to the User Echo community via Single Sign On.
Would that mean we will have to $19 monthly if we choose yearly package, right?

We would like to integrate following UserEcho into our product and we believe the below products from UserEcho are part of the monthly package we pay:

1. Community
2. Chat
3. Knowledge Base(Future Activity).

We are just not confirmed on sub-domain pricing as your previous comment

"But if those domains are referred to your UE community (they open some UserEcho pages), then first domain is free and each additional domain is $15 per month, as described on the screenshot above."

Well, if you have one help center and you are going to use one domain for your UE project (e.g. support.caresmartz360.com) you do not have to pay for additional domains no matter how many domains you have on your side.

If you want to create an additional domain to your project (feedback.caresmartz360.com or support.agency1.caresmartz360.com or agency1.caresmartz360.com is some page on UE) then you have to add domains for 15 USD per domain.

Again, if agency1 and agency2 are some pages on your side (not UE) it doesn't matter for us. You may use same support community for them if it does fit your needs.
