Chat not loading on admin dash

Hi everyone, 


I have an issue where the internal chat tool will not load on my agent admin dash.

The chat icon keeps loading and nothing happens.

Please let me know if anyone knows of a solution for this.

Is it happens for first time? Or you use chat before?


Could you try chat app?

I tried using the app also with no success. It seems to be stuck on attempting to log in when I use the app.

We found and fixed issue, chat should work now.

It was related to community name change from "sentia" to current one.
