We have a large staff team (120 users) and would like to setup a new community for some specific product support, but we don't want to have notifications (to our 120 staff users) enabled by default. Instead, specific users should subscribe at will.

Is this possible or could be added?

Hello Pablo, setup your new community and give us link to it, don't invite new members. We try to find out solution how do disable notifications by default for the new staff members.

How do you plan to create it, it will be completely new separated account or forum within your existing account?

Thanks for the quick reply Sergey, here is the link to the new (private) community we created:

Could you disable notifications to all our staff members on that community?

Hello Pablo,

We've unsubscribed all your staff members from that forum. However, they are able to subscribe to this forum again.

Thanks Valdimir!. Please let me know (or provide a link to a topic I can monitor) when the feature (to change the subscription policy to disabled by default) will be ready.
