Is there a way to allow Anonymous feedback AND registration.

Anonymous is great b/c ppl don't have to register if they don't. But for people who want to track what they're saying - registration should be encouraged (and an option). Right now, if Anonymous is turned off - all mentions of registratio is turned off. Should we or can we offer both?

With anonymous mode enabled, it's possible to auth here

Seems that it's not clear for users

How do you think where we can place additional info to ask users to sign in

Maybe after successful comment or feedback creation?

Hey Sergey - I think there's def an opportunity right after they leave feedback to suggest a signup. They copy here should be different for Anonymous Feedback? Maybe something like
"Thank you for leaving feedback for us. We will reply soon.
You should register to follow details and comments about your feedback in our forum.
See other feedback related to our project here."

Yes, it's definitely right place, we will make it customized  for anonymous users.
We are evaluating UserEcho. This is an important feature to us and your last comment was 9 months ago. Could you provide an update of when this is expected?
There might be an opportunity even before that.  Perhaps the below can have the two buttons be
"Leave Feedback (if they're signed in)
"Register" (if they're not signed in)
"Cancel"
and a link that say Leave Feedback Anonymously

Just a comment that this hasn't been an issue that our users have brought up..just something we thought about. We chose Anonymous Feedback b/c it doesn't require ppl to sign up - but we'd like to be able to know who left the feedback! One of your competitors (U***V****) has a nice approach where they ask for email w/ every comment - but don't require ppl set a password. They then automatically sign ppl in (if it's a repeat email) or create a new acct (if its a new email) and have a small field that asks them to set a password. It achieved what we were hoping for nicely - an easy way for users to leave feedback w/o registration - but still allows us to know who left feedback. It was one of the few things we liked about their system better than yours :)

Agreed. I would like the option for users to leave anonymous feedback, but I also want to allow them to leave an email address so we can follow up with them if they would like us to. This is an important request in our decision of which product to go with.
