Well, UE has some rough edges, but it looks so much easier for users than UserVoice (we used it before) that we hope they will be more likely to use it.
UserVoice feedback widget is quite a cognitive challenge for users already overloaded with a new product they want to comment on so the simpler the feedback form is the better.
It can be even simpler we think. Why do you need two forums in the starter account for example? We could not find how to disable the Helpdesk.
