"attachment" not translated to english

We're using the new helpdesk tickets creation via email and I noticed that the "Attachment" word is not translated to English, it says: Вложения

All language's keys are English.
Looks like your ticket was converted to Russian.
We've disabled translation for this part and it will be always English. We are going to fix problem for other languages soon.

Thanks, I have left only English enabled in the project settings and that fixed the problem. Is there a place where I can change the language of an existent ticket?
The ticket language is the same as your helpdesk forum language (EN) now.
I still see "Вложения" here (note that it's a private link):

This topic is old. You are able to edit and change label to "Attachments".

It should be OK for new topics.
