Search across forums or organize forums so that is possible

We have several different products with different users so we have set up some product specific forums and a general forum. When users land on the general forum there doesn't appear to be an easy way to search across the different forums - they need to go into each forum and search individually. Is there a more effective way to organize our forums so that we can avoid having one massive forum, but still be able to search/view across forums?

You can have one general forum and structure it using categories feature.
We support 2 levels of nesting.
That allow your users to do global search.

We can help with restructure.

We will go with the categorized feature - that sounds like the way to go. No problem with restructuring as we are just starting up the new forum.

We would like to remove the forums list module from our forums 14075 and 10505 - are you able to do that for us?

We disabled forums list modules for specified forums, please check and confirm that we do what you mean.
