Pagingation inside category broken

MrChris2012 4 years ago in Usability & Interface • updated 4 years ago 2
When I select a forum category it correctly filters the posts to show only those belonging to that category, for example http://support.exclaimer.com/list/36966-forum/?category=14717

However, the pagination links look like:
http://support.exclaimer.com/list/36966-forum/?page=2
http://support.exclaimer.com/list/36966-forum/?page=3
http://support.exclaimer.com/list/36966-forum/?page=4
...

This means I don't go to page number 2 of the category I'm viewing, but instead go to page number 2 of All Topics. It works if I manually edit the URL to add the category and page number query strings (http://support.exclaimer.com/list/36966-forum/?category=14717&page=2) but doesn't help our customers.

If you click a page, you have a page view. All works fine. the page changed without page reload.
If you want to provide link to this page to a user, copy it from address link.
Example: http://support.exclaimer.com/list/36966-forum/?category=14717#module_837698/page/4

A small update on this, I notice that JS must kick in and override the URL as it does some strange things but appears to work. However, the Uncategorised forum group definitely suffers this problem: http://support.exclaimer.com/list/36966-forum/?category=-1
