Browser shortcuts Ctrl+TAB and Ctrl+L should not be used

Userecho uses the keys for formatting the text. Imo the keys are very annoying, because they block standard keys in IE and FF. The same is true for Ctrl+Shift+TAB. The keys should be changed to something, which doesn't conflict with standard shortcuts.

We have checked Ctrl-Shift-TAB sequence and in has priority over editor, we try it using latest Firefox and IE and it's switch between tabs.

The shortcuts Ctrl+Tab and Shift+Ctrl+Tab work. That is correct. However, it has the side-affect that the text (in this comment) gets quoted, like this.

Ctrl+L does not work at all. Instead it changes text-format in the editor. After posting the text will be shown as regular text.
