Unable to insert an image as a reply

I am unable to insert an image as a reply to a customer.  I click on the image icon after hitting reply and the screen comes up to ask me to go get the image.  When I go to click on it I see a hand, but it doesn't go anywhere.  I just get a cursor. How can I insert an image here?

Hello Wendy.

We have fixed the issue in IE8.

We located this issue, it's happens with ie8 browser, will apply fix soon.

At this moment you can use firefox,chrome or safari to insert image.
