Do we have to use a subdomain with user echo?

It needs to be domain.com/Support not userecho.domain.com .....

At this moment UserEcho supports three kinds of domains.

1) yourcompany.userecho.com
2) anyname.yourcompany.com
3) yourdomain.com

Hello! Does example 3 include .net, .org, .se, and things like that, or is it only .com?

Thank you for a quick reply.

I have had problems with getting my redirection link to work, I wasn't even able to access my page at .userecho.com, so I am looking through the forum and knowledge base before I post a new topic.

Open private support ticket. Include your project alias & custom domain name in, we will check what will cause your issue and advice how to fix it.
