I'd like to be able to mark bugs as Duplicate or Won't Fix.
Custom topic statuses are available in the service plan "Advanced".

I've seen it. I use the service for feedback for a free software, and I see no reason to pay for an "Advanced" plan.
Nevertheless, I think that marking a bug as a Duplicate is a very basic option, and should be included by default.
