JIRA integration

I would like some kind of API support to either automatically transfer a suggestion that has over <x> votes into the JIRA issue tracking system, or a one-click-button to add the 'current' suggestion into JIRA.

We happy to introduce our new feature, UserEcho's JIRA integration.

For customers that use UserEcho for feedback and JIRA for development tracking, our integration provides seamless two-way communication between support and engineering. Community admins can easily escalate a topic to JIRA as a new issue and all comments made on the JIRA issue and UserEcho topic are synchronized.

Hi,

I added a test JIRA project. The integration works really well thanks.
The problem I have right now, is that I removed the test JIRA project, and added our new production version, but I cant find a way to re-map UserEcho to our new production JIRA project?
Can you please advise?

Thanks,
Robin

No, I have that page thanks.

We set up a test Jira project which I linked our UserEcho account to, but the test project has been deleted, and I can't see how to link our UserEcho account to our production Jira project.

I specified the Jira project initially, but I cant change it now, so I cant link the two services.
