need chat message when admin leaves

i want to use the chat feature, but i noticed that when one of my admins leaves the chat area there is no message delivered to anyone currently engaged in a chat.

a customer can also begin a new chat after the admin has left without being given an indicator that the chat admin is away.  it is only after the user refreshes the browser that the chat admin appears to be away.
Most chat systems have an AWAY feature.  That a person can set.  This is missing.
We have no this feature in our admin interface, but if you close a chat page you will be offline automatically.
Also if you use external client you are able to set any states.

The chat tab is shown if operators is available only.
