Email ticketing not working

We have support@gymforgeeks.net. We plan receive the emails on this account but is doesn't seem to forward to the default Userecho email.

You need to setup forwarding.

Forward emails from support@gymforgeeks.net to support@gymforgeeks.userecho.com

Seems that your domain use google apps to manage email, in this case try to use this tutorial.

I confirm that it seems to be a bug. I spoke to Namecheap and they modified it and said "Can you please check if email was delivered to support@gymforgeeks.userecho.com?" I checked Helpdesk and nothing. 

Current case: support@gymforgeeks.net >> support@gymforgeeks.userecho.com 

I told them about UserEcho ticketing and they said "You sure their mail service is functioning?" It doesn't seem to go through as they sent a test message. Mail provider receives it, but not forwarded as a ticket.

Mike had sent the test email and it did not work.

We found and fixed issue related to email processing and your account, it should works now. Check your "Agent interface" for incoming "test" tickets.
