User's email verification problem

Hi.

I have a new user to a private forum who cannot get his email verified. He says:

"There is an alert saying my email isn’t verified when im signed in as <email address> I select the option to send a verification email and it says it sent it, but I do not receive anything. Checked spam, deleted, etc."

Can you help me?

Give us link to the user profile of this user or his email, we will check why he does't receive letter. And will help him to verify his email address.

Hi, Sorry. I don't know how to find his profile except as part of a post. Is there a place I can see a list other than the privacy settings?

We've checked, 
Our system sent him 4 emails with the confirmation link. His mail server doesn't return any errors to us. He should check his spam folder.
Any way we have already confirmed his email.
