Allow More Than One Chat Operator In One Chat

How come it's that three, four, five staff members can't help someone in ONE chat? Just because "an operator is already taking care of this user", it doesn't mean we don't want other staff involved in such case when someone really needs help with more than one subject, each staff has their own knowledge. So is it possible to modify this somehow? Staff should even be able to chat with each other.
