Userecho on frontend and backend portal

Hi

We have a frontend solution (used by the general public) in which we integrated UserEcho.

I want to however incorporate it in the backend portal as well, for a subset of paying customers. Can I make use of the same account, but filter the Knowledge Base and Forum for the 2 different client bases? I don't want the general public seeing knowledge base articles specific to our backend.

Regards,
Justin

Hello Justin, we have Private mode forums and knowledge base for this case.

So you need to create another one private forum within your account, and allow only paying customers access to it.
Also create a private knowledge base and link it with the new private forum.

So in result you will have public forum+KB available to all users and Private community+dedicated KB for paying customers.

We can help with configuration.
