So we noticed that our old popup form was performing a little better than UserEcho widget.




I think it's because people are use to dealing with forms.




I think that if the widget was more form-like, it'll be a less barrier to entry.

For real situation seems that we needed in two versions of widget. Anв A/B testing.

Yeh, A/B split testing is a good idea. The widget is most likely the first contact with the userecho's feedback forum, having something user familiar with might be a good idea.
