Is there anyway to bring a forum question to someones attention through the service? In Twitter and in SalesForce, you can @ a members name - any similar action on user echo?
You can do that, but it won't notify them, no -- they don't have it yet at least.
You can assign topic to any user which included in the staff.
Use More->Assign performer action on the topic actions.
After assign / user will receive notification by email that he has new assigned topic.
