Problem with quote in (translated) text
When editing (as admin) the first message of a topic,
a dialog box is opened with 3 buttons at the bottom: Save, Cancel, Down-Arrow.
If the tooltip for that Down-Arrow button (translating "Additional Administrative Actions") contains a quote, it is wrongly displayed as \u0027.
