Hi

I read in http://feedback.userecho.com/topic/162404-can-i-migrate-my-account-from-uservoicecom/ you can migrate a UserVoice community into UserEcho. I have a number of these that I'd like to migrate. There's quite a bit of data so I'd hope you can do a test run, so I can read through it and ensure we have everything we need.

Could you migrate keepcalm.uservoice.com into our corresponding UE account please? Are there any limitations to this process?

Thanks!

It looks like you're working on this at the moment; thanks. I see the HTML entities don't seem to be getting encoded correctly, though. Will you address that? ' etc. in titles

We update it, please note that we have't access to user emails, please check can you export it from UV admin interface?

Hi Sergey

I can't export without upgrading the UV plan but I will do that if necessary. Would you delete the data from the migration you've just run, or use the exported data to update your migration, or what?

Sergey Stukov

If we add emails to the users then they will receive notifications when you will close old requests.

At this moment we have User (display names) if you provide us with list of (User display name, email) we will update current users at the UE.

Thank you Sergey. How can I securely send you this data? And would you like the CSV or the XLSX?

Send it to the info@userecho.com, CSV will be enough.
