Hello, is there possibilty to allow customers to view requests created by other customers belonging to the same organisation ?
1) For the public forum, all users can view each other requests.
2) If you will create private forums dedicated for each organisation, then members who have access to it will able to see each other requests.
3) If you use Helpdesk only user who created request can view it, but it's possible to grant access for an additional users, using invite collaborators feature.
