Currently, on the statistics overview page (from the Agent interface) you can see the word "(avg)" untranslated:
Time to first reply (avg) Time to complete request (avg)
1) This string "(avg)" seems to be hard-coded (not localizable) and concatenated to localizable strings that are already defined: "Time to first reply" and "Time to complete request". Maybe a third one should be defined for "(avg)".
2) Besides, there is other localizable strings:
Time to reply (avg, hours) Time to complete request (avg, hours)
Those 2 strings could be used for this display.
I don't know if this is above option 1 that should be followed, or option 2?
