It should be possible to answer posts from your community by mail, the same way you can answer to tickets from your mail

  1. You get a notifivation about someone replied to your comment
  2. You type in your answer in the mail and reply
  3. In the forum, your reply will not show as a reply to the comment, but as a new comment in the thread.


A little confusing, but I hope you understand.

We have internal discussion, how this can affect on the SPAM issues. Please clarify that need this feature for a support agents or users or both?

This feature now has Under review status, so we working regarding our internal roadmap.

If it will have more votes it will be implemented in the near future.
