When creating a comment on a topic or ticket, there is an option to specify the visibility of the comment. However, this option is not available when editing a comment an existing comment. As a support agent, I would like the ability to edit the visibility of existing comments so that if a user creates a comment with an inappropriate visibility I can correct it on their behalf.

I have just been made aware that even the author of a topic doesn't have the ability to set the visibility of their own comments, even before they are created. The only way to have the author add a comment privately is by replying to a private comment made by an agent. It would be great if they could set the privacy themselves, both at the time of creating a comment and after the fact.
