I receive some spam, and I block these accounts (email accounts) from (Block User) command, but I still receive ticket from these emails.
Do I miss something or miss using this feature, or is these some bugs, or incomplete feature?
When you block a user it does block him to post a public message. But he is still able to post a private message to ask about unblock.
We will review this process and maybe will not allow to post anything via email for blocked users.
If user want to ask for unblock, he should do it from the support page, something like (forget my password), when he tries to login, a message like (you are blocked from logging in to this site, if you want to ask for unblock, click here).
Do you have any updates about this?
We do not accept messages via email from blocked users.
