Search private messages in customers interface

Some of our customers have hundreds of private message, and they want to search their message and the ticket comments.

To be clear:

The search result does not include any private message, it only display the public topics of all user, but the user want to search his own private messages with their comments also.



We've added (as an experiment) the Helpdesk tickets in the Search result for your project. Agent will see all tickets. Users will see their own tickets only. The limit is 5 tickets.

This is for experiment only. Then will decide what to do with this feature.
