Sort helpdesk tickets

Is there any possobility to sort ticket replies from the newest to oldest? Now we need to use our mouse scroll a lot....

It's possible if you open ticket in a new window.




We will check why this option not available directly in an agent interface and enable it if possible.

It's not useful for me to open in new window all the time.
