Blank Ticket

The email conversion to ticket feature is working great, however occasionally we have a ticket that is created with no subject  and we can't access the ticket or delete it, in fact we can't even click on it to access it since it has no subject.  Can you prevent tickets being created with no subject, and can you look at our tickets and maybe add a default subject to existing tickets that have no subject?

Sometimes we recieve emails with completely new formatting or from rare email client this may cause for incorrect parsing and blank tickets for example, but we continuously improve our parsing engine and then queued blank ticket for reprocessing.

We check your blank ticket and improve our engine to correctly process it.

Also we improve presentation of tickets with blank header so you will able to handle it (delete for example)
