Is there a way to import customers' details from Salesforce (name, surname and e-mail address) or some other source (for example from CSV file)? All the customers from SF would have their accounts automatically created in Userecho. This would be helpful as not all customers are interested in creating yet another new account on yet another web-page, so we could help them out and paste only the link with appropriate customer id when answering back to them. The customer would be then automatically logged in and could do votings and required stuff. This would be much easier to interact with each other.

Sorry for late answer, we can import you file, .csv if fine for us. But what about passwords, if you not provide it in the .csv users will need to remind password first time.

Also note that you can use our Single SignOn system

It would be wise for forum administrators to have the UI for adding accounts. There is no need to create as much accounts as we do keep in our CRM. However there is always a need when we are in contact with some customer and would like them to use this forum. Then simply we are able to create an account for him/her and send them required credentials. Would it be possible for you to implement it?
Seems that  you need something like invite user function.

For example to invite a new staff member to community, you can do this from this page

The same for regular users will be suitable for you?
Yes, this would be a great improvement
Can we expect it to be implemented? This way our customers experience will be much better -simply less clicks ahead of full access to the portal for them.

Looking forward now to v2 in which we'd like to see in the invitation mail something like:

If you are already registered"Start Collaborating"

If you'd like to join the community as <customer's name>"Choose a password" (after clicking, a window is displayed asking for specifying and confirming new password)

If you'd like to join the community with a different username"Sign up" (after clicking, "Sign up for your community account" window is displayed)

If user click to link from email he well be authenticated automatically. Then he can go to his profile and setup new password or change his name.
We think it enough and we are not planing to change invitation letter.
The problem is that even this functionality does not work. After clicking on the link, for example http://feedback.x-formation.com/accounts/login/auth_key/c6e3e970f4ca5a9af8968bb578b424d6/?next=http://feedback.x-formation.com nothing is happening :(
This link contains KEY that works only first time, after successful activation it's marked as activated for security purposes. So when user will click on it first time it will be auto-authorised.

It's strange, this URL is obsolete and not used at this moment, seems that it's caching issue.
Can you clean cache in your browser or click Ctrl-R on this page before trying to invite users.

All emails are visible to support agents with specified access permissions only! Regular users do not see email addresses.

we can see at least one e-mail address in this thread and we do not have to be logged in at all :( even google assigned the email address here in its organic search

This happens because user posted email directly in public message. Eventually it's possible to insert email anywhere in the public message.
