Chat transcript emails should include complete timestamp

Currently, chat transcript emails only include hours but do not include the date the chat started/ended. Full timestamp should be included, specially since the chat transcript is only sent after (and if) the agent closes the chat window.

Also, how would chat transcript mailing work if the agents used third party Jabber clients?

Chat transcript is sending when chat session is closed.
Chat session close when:
1. Client leave the chat (close website page, lost connection, etc)
2. Agent click "close" button in the agent interface or send special command from Jabber client /closechat

If Agent leave (for example lost connection) the chat but client still in the chat, the chat doesn't close. If the agent will have connection again he is able to continue existing chat session with client.

Well, as you can see, usually chat is closed in the same day when transcript is sent, because the client cannot to keep connection for a long time. But it's not a problem to add date to the email. We will do it soon.
